**Functie**:
Als **Junior Health & Safety Officer**
- werk je mee aan het **welzijns
- en veiligheidsbeleid**:
- je **ondersteunt** de Health en Safety Manager
- als **preventie adviseur** bezoek je regelmatig de productie, de werven en het magazijn
- je werkt mee aan de **verbeterprocessen en procedures** (bv onthaal, opmaak risico analyses, interne noodplannen,...)
- ** coaching **van de medewerkers en de leidinggevende
**Profiel**:
- je genoot een **bachelor** opleiding en kan een eerste werkervaring in deze functie voorleggen
- je bent **preventie adviseur niveau 2**:
- naast een sterk **analytisch** vermogen ben je een sterke communicator en een teamplayer
- Naast de Nederlandse taal, kan je je ook behelpen in het Frans
