**We’re hiring: Freelance or Permanent Business Analyst - Brussels (Hybrid)**
We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to support a major transformation initiative in the waste and recycling sector.
- Location: Brussels (3 days/week on-site)
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: Freelance or CDI
Your role You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring digital solutions align with organizational goals. You’ll analyze business needs, lead workshops, write user stories, support testing, and drive process improvements.
We’re looking for someone with
✔Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Experience in business process analysis & system integration
✔Good writing/documentation abilities (user stories, UAT, training docs)
✔Fluency in English AND French or Dutch (mandatory)
✔Hands-on with Google Workspace or O365
**Bonus points for**:
Knowledge of waste/recycling business processes
Familiarity with ISU & master data governance
Background in large IT transformation projects
