As Facilities & Environment-coördinator, you are operationally responsible for: - the day-to-day facilities management for a site of +/- 18 000 m² Key responibilities: Environment and sustainability are top priorities : you follow-up and implement all environmental legislations, you drive sustainability across the organization. General management and maintenance of building and premises. Technical inspections. Management off all rolling equipment. Waste management. Management of all cleaning activities. Management of work clothes. Heating and electricity. Jouw aanbod Bachelor degree or equal by experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience related to facilities and/or SHE. You look at the details but you don’t forget the global picture. Hands-on mentality, down-to-earth, autonomous, positive attitude. Problem solver Can do-mentality. Stress resistant.
