You will manage Levi’s® e-commerce content and storytelling across the North Cluster of Europe and be responsible for the management of the ContentStack CMS. You will report directly to the Head of Creative Studio for North and South Europe while working closely with cluster and cross functional teams.
Please note this role is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Key responsibilities;
Digital Content management for the Levi’s brand
- Support the European Creative Studio and eCommerce team to deliver storytelling content to be used across Levi’s digital channels and manage the upload of content, translation and launch of all marketing content refreshes for all North Cluster markets using the ContentStack CMS
- As a ContentStack CMS super user, become an expert in working with the platform to deliver content experiences across multiple digital channels and guide new team members on the platform
- Develop and deliver content production briefs to the creative studio traffic manager
- Manage and implement the Curalate integration process to tag products for key markets to create a seamless shoppable integrated experience using UGC content
- Own and develop the seasonal Off the Cuff blog calendar for the Cluster, working with creative studio and SEO teams to develop and launch all cluster blog content
- Lead the translation and QA process with agencies, copywriters and local market teams of copy decks and copy toolkits to an extremely high standard
- Coordinate the communication and manage the delivery of all content assets to marketing teams for eCom development in partner organisations
Analytics and content optimisation
- Leverage consumer insights, website analytics and business intelligent tools to optimize content and communication to agreed KPIs
- Generate weekly and monthly analysis of content performance to allow for improvement and optimization of site experience
- Work with global partners to support the development and execution of the content testing roadmap to gather learnings and inform our content strategy
- Work with agency partners on the SEO roadmap and coordinate and execute actions to drive SEO across content and copy
ABOUT YOU
- BA/BS or University degree in marketing, editorial, content production or a related field with 2 years minimum experience working in a similar or related role
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus) across both written and spoken communication
- Basic knowledge of or experience working in a CMS, such as ContentStack, Wordpress etc
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for creative and content
- Specific interest for Fashion and eCommerce, you’re across the latest trends and industry insights
- Experience working in an international environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, including external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of online and commercial landscape
- Data driven decision making skills
- Hard-worker, proactive, customer-oriented
- Copywriting skills are a plus but not required
- Basic Photoshop skills are a plus but not required
