**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- A Bachelor's degree with 3 years post-related experience or 5 years recently demonstrated Project Management Experience in large complex organizations;
- Experience of medium and small IT implementation projects.

**Desirable**:

- A recognised project management qualification, such as Prince2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP). The lack of formal project qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of expertise in the domain;
- Recent experience of Project Management with communication and/or command and control/management information system at the NCIA or NATO entity;
- Experience with project planning toolsets, preferably Service Now.

**Duties/role**:

- Managing projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, scope and quality;
- Assuming full responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of projects, assesses and manages risks to the success of assigned projects;
- Ensuring realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
