Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant within the olives, dips and antipasti category you will ensure the delivery of operational tasks related to the marketing mix of our brands Beliès, Granoliva, Tapas Y Mas and the many private label brands. Your activities are situated in communication, branding and portfolio management. You will report to the Marketing Manager but will also work in a team with marketing and sales in Belgium and the Netherlands and with our production site in Tessenderlo.

Some of your activities will include:
**Taking care of the communication of Beliès**:

- Organizing and coordinating fairs, demos, events, photography, etc
- Managing the social media channels of Beliès

**Supporting our Foodservice brand Granoliva**:

- Rolling out Marketing/Business plan
- Portfolio management: innovations, renovations
- Packaging: label developments
- Promotion: follow-up promo plan customers
- Communication: development of POS materials, advertisements/banners, content plan, fairs, website, social media
- (Financial) administration, complaint handling, obsoletes
- Support Foodservice private label projects in both Belgium and the Netherlands
- Portfolio management of existing customers
- Portfolio creation of new clients
- Support the Trade Marketeer

**Keep a close eye on the Foodservice market and our competitors by:\**
- Doing store checks
- Attending events and fairs
- Structurally gather information about our competitors

**Your Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree.
- You have at least 3 years of marketing-oriented work experience.
- You're very organized and you're used to processing marketing data and doing the necessary administrative tasks
- Pragmatic, result-oriented, entrepreneurial and flexible
- You feel at home in FMCG and/or the Foodservice channel
- Experience in Fresh and Private label is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch/ French/ English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to regularly visit the KAM teams in Ternat (BE) and Rotterdam (NL)
