**Finance Administrator**

We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator who can ensure that the daily accounting is up-to-date and that the daily administrative flow is correctly followed. In this role, you will work closely together with our Finance manager and you will have the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
- You are involved in the administrative and financial follow-up of our holding and 4 subsidiary companies-
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closings-
- Under the guidance of our Finance Manager, you carry out daily financial operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)-
- You verify incoming invoices-
- You are responsible for the daily accounting (a - y)-
- You upload documents into our central accounting system (Exact Online).-
- You provide incoming and outgoing accounting data for consultation in our CRM system-
- You order meal vouchers, take care of other HR related administration and you are responsible for ordering office supplies- You occasionally take notes at meetings, follow up on the planning of meetings, and schedule meetings

Who are you?- You have obtained a degree in an accounting-related education or you are equivalent by experience (Business Management - Accounting & Taxation, Commercial Sciences, SME Management, etc.)-
- Minimum of a first experience in finance or accounting is considered a plus-
- You have good knowledge of MS Office-
- Experience with the accounting system Exact Online is a plus-
- You have strong administrative skills and work punctually-
- You work accurately and have good communication skills-
- You are interested in working in a dynamic scale-up environment- You speak fluent Dutch and English
