DAS is expanding its in-house expertise in software development and testing to automate its fast-evolving and fast-growing business functions and further internalize its developments. It is the medium-term objective of the company to establish a strong in-house development regarding Odoo. We currently have a team of 3 internal Odoo Developers and our company is also supported by an external consultancy team.

We are looking for a **senior Odoo Developer** with good communication skills to support this objective.

**Jouw speeltuin**:

- Develop/customize and maintain Odoo modules APIs in Python and OWL (V17)
- Integration of Odoo within the technical environment of the company (Identity & Access Management, communication with other systems )
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Follow software development and review processes
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Document and train internal staff in order to constitute a strong expertise of at least 2-3 team members with in-depth Odoo ERP knowledge
- Analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications and design customized solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps is a plus

**Dit kan je aanvinken**:

- 5+ years of Odoo ERP software development experience and solid understanding of the following modules:

- Billing and Accounting
- HR-related modules (Employees, self-learning, )
- Project Management
- Helpdesk
- Inventory/Procurement/Billing
- CRM modules
- E-Learning
- System and database level performance profiling and optimization
- Linux Python, Postgres, JavaScript, Odoo, OWL
- RESTful, XML-RPC and JSON-RPC
- Experience in Agile principles (Agile Manifesto) is a plus
- Proactive attitude towards improving processes and finding new solutions to challenging business problems
- You can express yourself in one of the national language (Dutch/French) and in English and have a passive understanding of the other national language.

You can work from any of our offices, but since our IT teams operates also from Brussels your presence there will be regularly needed.
