We’re looking for a talented, energetic, and highly motivated Alliance Manager to proactively develop the SAP alliance partners’ SAP business by driving sales, demand generation and partner capabilities with a strong focus on the mid-term perspective. This person will also be the partner’s primary point of contact for SAP. This role reports into the Partner Director.
**Purpose and Objectives**
Selling with and through partners along with joint co-innovation is a cornerstone of SAP's growth strategy. By partnering with Global Strategic Service Partners (GSSP) we can bring our installed base even faster to the Intelligent Enterprise.
The Alliance Manager is responsible for building and scaling the SAP business with the GSSP's, such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services, EY, PWC, etc...
In this role you will be focusing on building strong, trusted relationships with partners around sales, innovation and enablement to support SAP ecosystem growth in your named territory. You will also oversee and activate partner collaboration with SAP’s internal resources like sales executives, solution experts, customer success and field services.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develop and drive effective business planning with partners to ensure proper joint execution of sales, demand generation and enablement.
- Manage multi-party stakeholder objectives to build sustainable relationships
- Adapt global and regional initiatives to fit the local needs and drive roll-out
- Provide pipeline generation and key deal support for industry and line of business sales teams
- Provide enablement to partners on SAP solution portfolio and innovations
- Identify further opportunities for partner business growth
- Be the main partner contact for our Rise offering.
**Qualifications, skills, competencies and Education**
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Strong analytical competencies
- Effective communication and presentation skills an executive level
- Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand generation, and enablement with partners
- High energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices
- Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate; with independent accountability
- The ability to identify and champion win-win scenarios
- 5+ years working experience in the software industry; previous experience as a partner manager or working in the SAP ecosystem is a plus
- Experience in a customer or partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting)
- Local market knowledge and understanding
- Native or Bilingual in Dutch and French language, and advanced command of English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree is a plus
