Je beheert het wervingsproces (behoefteanalyse, inzicht in de functie en organisatiecontext, stelt een functiebeschrijving op, vacaturetekst, definieert de wervingsprocedure) en je bepaalt de meest geschikte wervingskanalen om de kandidaten met de juiste talenten en expertise aan te trekken. Dit doe je voor zowel technische, administratieve als managementprofielen
- Je selecteert kandidaten die voldoen aan de vereisten van de functie en het bedrijf en schakelt daarvoor de nodige tools in
- Je voert selectiegesprekken op basis van gekende technieken en je biedt een meerwaarde in de interpretatie van de resultaten van het selectieproces.
- Je informeert en begeleidt de kandidaten en management doorheen de verschillende onderdelen van het rekruteringsproces (interview met hiring manager, eventueel assessmentproces, feedbacksessies, salarisvoorstel,) tot aan de start in het bedrijf;
- Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de interne klanten en begeleidt hen doorheen het rekruteringsproces door hen regelmatig en op transparante wijze te informeren over de kandidaten; hen te ondersteunen in hun interview
- en evaluatietechnieken en een klantbord te zijn bij hun beslissingsname.
- Je doet voorstellen voor de permanente verbetering van de processen, levert ideeën aan en werkt mee aan verschillende projecten rond rekrutering en selectie; Je zal ook zelf een aantal projecten trekken.
- Je behandelt correct en discreet de vertrouwelijke HR informatie.

**Salary**: €4,000.00 - €5,400.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 5 years (preferred)
- Management consulting: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)
- Dutch (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in 1000 Brussel
