**Responsibilities**:
Our client has many ICT solutions and services in its portfolio to offer innovative services for digital transformation. Our aim is to increase the efficiency and quality of our customers activities and deliver a top experience to their stakeholders/end users by aligning as much as possible with their specific business requirements and context.
- As a digital transformation consultant, your role involves guiding customers on their end-to-end digital transformation by understanding their business objectives and assisting in the realization through analysis and design of supporting organizational, process, and/or ICT technological changes;
- You will transform priorities and opportunities into actionable plans, solutions, and tangible work packages;
- In addition to that you’ll also create designs with the emphasis on technical feasibility and robustness, supported technology, maintainability and manageability, cross technology consistency and overall correctness;
- Additionally, you will be a leader in defining the vision and strategy to improve our consultative service portfolio and create the necessary services to support that vision and strategy;
- You will also need to support our sales community by answering RFPs and translating sales pitches into concrete leads;
- You’ll also provide support through our consultative services to the internal build and run organization, helping to improve the industrialization of services;
- For this role, you need to possess a variety of skills and qualities like:

- Be a strong communicator.
- Ability to convince executive leadership of the value of new IT strategies.
- Leadership and motivational skills are essential for this role.
- Experienced in modelling and graphics representations, as well as being multidisciplinary with the necessary analytical mindset supported by technical knowledge and project management skills.
- Being proactive with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team context.
- Additionally, having experience with Architecture Modulation languages such as Archimate, BPMN, UML, TOGAF,will be beneficial for fulfilling the requirements of this role.

**Profile**:

- Proven working experience as an ICT Architect (technical and business is a plus);
- Good technical knowledge in networking SDN; security, virtualization, Unified Communication, Public Cloud;
- Having an open mind for a disruptive and agile approach and experience in the Agile framework;
- Creative in finding / exploring solutions to define and design solution(s) in accordance with ICT strategy and standards;
- Collaborative and being able to adapt your communication with people from different horizons;
- Experience in driving a team to meet expectations and deadlines.
- You are French or Dutch-speaking, have a good knowledge of the other national language and excellent knowledge of English.
