**CONTEXT/INTRODUCTION
DG AGRI manages an extensive portfolio of Information Systems that support the core business activities of DG AGRI. These Information Systems are mainly specific to DG AGRI since they support the management of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) performed by the Directorate-General. The CAP Information Systems cover a wide range of business areas such as Strategy & Policy Analysis, Sustainability of the EU Agriculture, CAP Strategic Plans of Member States, International Relations in Agriculture, Agricultural Markets, Financial Management of Agricultural Funds, Assurance and Audit, Agricultural Legislation and Geographical Indications. The assignment to Information Systems may change over time, according to the needs.

**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS**

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**

As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 1 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor degree of 3 years (IT relevant studies or not).

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- At least 4 years of experience with each of the following technologies: HTML, CSS (min. competence level 4) 1 ;
- At least 4 years of experience with Angular (any version) (min. competence level 5);
- At least 4 years of experience with Java (min. competence level 4);
- At least 3 years of experience with each of the following technologies: Spring, JPA or Hibernate, SQL (min. competence level 3);
- At least 1 year of experience with REST (min competence level 3).
