**Functie**
- Beheer van de workflow van gegevensherstel tot hulpmiddelen voor bedrijfsanalisten
- Creatie van een C#-interface voor het ophalen van gegevens uit CRM naar databases
- Onderhoud van bestaande data herstelinterfaces
- Voorbereiding van SQL-views voor bedrijfsanalisten
- Ondersteuning van bedrijfsanalisten bij het opstellen en actualiseren van klantrapporten
- Inzicht in CRM-broncode (C#)
- Zorgen voor een continue verbetering van de CRM-functionaliteiten
- Ondersteuning in het IT-management van het bedrijf

**Functie-eisen**
- Het is ideaal om een Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology te hebben, maar u kunt ook een afstudeercursus of een andere aanvullende IT opleiding hebben gevolgd
- Je beheerst SQL en C#
- Microsoft Windows, Windows-Servers, Office 365 heeft voor jouw geen geheimen.
- Kennis van de Office 365-cloudomgeving is een pluspunt
- Je kan omgaan met de nodige stress om kwalitatief werk binnen de afgesproken deadlines op te leveren.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht met een will do mentaliteit.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Je hebt een analytische en synthetische geest
