Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

**Context**:
The small and dynamic Marketing Team of DPAM, the Asset Management Company of Degroof Petercam, is looking for a **Senior Digital Strategist Marketing**, a new role that will report to the Head of Marketing at DPAM and be part of the Technology Think Tank and Community within DPAM, headed by DPAM’s Chief Technology Officer.
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven digital strategist to coordinate our various digital mediums and assist us in reaching the next level in terms of digital presence across channels for a better reach of our pan-European target audience.
**Senior Digital Strategist Marketing** will play a pivotal role in improving the digital user experience to grow DPAM’s customer base and eventually, DPAM’s business.

**Your Position**:
As part of a small team, as **Senior Digital Strategist Marketing** you will cover a variety of responsibilities:

- Create a** global digital** (including social media) **strategy** that is adopted both at the local and pan-European level, as an integral part of the overall Marketing strategy of DPAM. Make sure the **brand’s presence across digital channels** is coherent in itself as well as aligned with the overall Group brand image.
- Create **blueprints and playbooks** for successful and effective digital marketing campaign execution, including SEO. Report on the success of our digital presence, including key campaigns, and illustrate how digital contributes to the bottom-line. Ensure projects are executed within budget.
- In this context, you will be responsible to produce reporting dashboards based on consolidated data. This implies ability to compile data from multiple sources and turn them into actual business insights, including ability to analyze output from social listening tools to gather intelligence about what people say about the brand and monitor any potential crisis.
- Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends. Evaluate the potential impact on the organization of changes in the digital space. Report on them to the Head of DPAM Marketing team and executives. As part of this, you will also take up an educational role towards executives in how digital plays in driving the business or advising them on their personal presence across digital channels. More broadly, you will design and lead the digital (personal) training across the organization.

**Your Profile**:
For being successful as **Senior Digital Marketing Strategist**, we consider the following criteria as 'must haves':

- A Master degree or equivalent by experience in advertising, marketing, communication science with a clear focus on digital and or data-science;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience;
- Data driven with a strong understanding and passion for data-analytics;
- Broad knowledge of best digital practices, with a strong interest in emerging digital tools (early adopter) and a deep understanding of digital touchpoints and web analytics;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills;
- Fluency in English, both in writing and spoken;
- You are a strategic thinker and at the same time, very hands-on.

To be considered as a plus are:

- Experience in or knowledge of the financial (asset management) sector;
- Knowledge of French and / or Dutch.
