**Bedrijf**: Het hotel maakt deel uit van een grote en succesvolle hotelketen. Met diverse locaties in en rond Brussel, zijn de hotels allen gevestigd op strategische plaatsen.

Dit hotel positioneert zich als één van de grootste hotels in Brussel, niet alleen qua kamers, maar zeker ook qua operaties. Om dit alles in goede banen te leiden, gaan we op zoek naar een ervaren operations manager.

**Taken**:
In deze rol ben je de **rechterhand van de General Manager** en ben je in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor de supervisie van de dagelijkse **hoteloperaties**.
Je zorgt er voor dat - in samenwerking met het team van departementshoofden - de taken efficiënt uitgevoerd worden en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je voornaamste **verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Organiseren van het werk dmv controle op ondermeer de uitvoering van personeelsplanningen, toekenning van taken aan collega's enz
- Aansturen en ontwikkelen van de diensthoofden dmv opleiding, coaching, aanwervingen enz.
- Organiseren en voorzitten van de wekelijkse meetings met de Head of Departments
- Instaan voor een hoog niveau van gastentevredenheid - het garanderen van de kwaliteit en service zijn hierbij cruciaal
- Superviseren van de verkoop & omzet in samenspraak met de GM
- Controle van de cashflow en facturen, stock en bestellingen enz.
- Opstellen en opvolgen van forecasts, productivities, budgetten, enz
- Vervangen van de General Manager bij diens afwezigheid

**Profiel**:
Gezien deze positie een **sleutelfunctie** in het hotel vervult, gaan we op zoek naar een ware **hotelprofessional** met ervaring binnen de operaties.
Verder gaan we voor deze functie op zoek naar:

- Een gemotiveerde & hands-on **professional**:

- Ervaring als **Departementshoofd / Operations Manager** in een grootschalige hotelstructuur of als **GM** in een kleinschaliger concept
- Je bent diplomatisch & tactvol alsook een echte **peoplemanager** - 'leading by example' is uw handelsmerk
- Voeling en ervaring met de operaties
- Goed inzicht in het **cijfermatige aspect** - in staat om de vertaling te maken naar de werkvloer
- Vlotte talenkennis**:FR/ENG/NL**:

- **Flexibel, ambitieus, hands-on en zin voor initiatief**:

- Commercieel ingesteld
