**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute clear communication plans to support the rollout of new security initiatives and policies across SNCB and towards external stakeholders
- Foster collaboration and awareness across the organization to build a security-first culture through the development of community/information/learning initiatives.
- Translate technical cybersecurity requirements into accessible, non-technical language for diverse audiences, including executives and external partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input, address concerns, and ensure consistent messaging on cybersecurity changes.
- Work with several teams to achieve the above goals, internal communications, external communications,.
- Communicate the importance of cybersecurity measures and NIS 2 compliance across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Help prepare the information sessions for government agencies, the CCB, and other regulatory bodies, as part of audits or inspections.
- Strong background in communication, change management, or stakeholder engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and NIS 2 regulations (technical expertise is not required but beneficial).
- Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including government and regulatory bodies.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in developing communication strategies for change initiatives.
- Experience in Social behaviour and company culture change are a plus
- Passion for cybersecurity and willingness to learn
