Your Mission

As a Regional Supply Chain Manager, you manage the Supply Chain scope within a matrix organization for your assigned region, consisting of a network of production plants.

You report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and are the functional manager of the Plant Supply Chain Managers. You may have additional Experts reporting to you.

You have a track record of lean methodology and a continuous improvement mindset.

Your Responsibilities
- You manage functionally 3 to 6 plants and Supply Chain Managers.
- You manage 1 to 3 Experts/Process Owners in or outside your region.
- You roll out the strategy, targets, and priorities within your region to meet the company’s objectives.
- You ensure the organization’s alignment in performance (KPIs).
- You drive your region’s budget and address deviations with the Plant and Supply Chain Managers.
- You communicate with the stakeholders of the region (Plant Managers, Controllers, KAMs, Operations Managers, HR Business Partners).
- You coordinate and control the projects in your region.
- You analyze and design the Supply Chain concepts within your region.
- You coordinate the efforts for the quotation process towards your customers.
- You define methods and support best practice sharing and lessons learned.
- You are the process owner for suppliers’ contractual relationships.
- You continuously look for opportunities for improvement, translate them into projects, and lead them.
- You manage continuous improvement and lean projects within your region.
- You proactively address market evolutions.
- You lead, empower, and support your direct and functional reports.

In your scope of responsibility, you ensure that the activities are done according to customer, internal, and external requirements. You ensure the basics of Supply Chain, Group Procedures, and strategy items are implemented and respected by the plants.

Your Profile
- You have a Master's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or similar through education or experience
- You have 5 years of experience in a Logistics environment
- You are fluent in English. French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
- Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
- Readiness to travel (around 30%)
