**Function description **As an analyst, (s)he should be able to:

- Get a clear view of all the data sources available in our environment.
- Communicate efficiently with business departments to gather, understand and translate business needs into clear requirements.

As a Data Analyst, (s)he should be able to:

- Identify which data are required to build the expected reporting
- Build reports via Tableau CRM (Salesforce), Tableau or Power BI.
- Export, merge and transform data into Excel (with Power Query) when it cannot be made through usual tools (e.g. in case of data migration from outer systems).
- Ensure data quality by implementing controls on the imported data.
- Discover trends and patterns that could bring value to the business.
- Organize and document functionally implemented reports.

As a Business Analyst (secondary role), (s)he should be able to:

- Meet and communicate with IT & business stakeholders to assess the impact of and possible solutions to the deduced requirements.
- Analyse and document business processes by using BPM methods.
- Analyse and documents functional impacts (functional specs, data flow, data dictionary...)
- Execute functional tests, and take occasionally the role of Test Manager.
- Support the business during User Acceptance tests.

**EducationYou have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage).**

**Telework**Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

**Required experience / knowledgeYou have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.**

**Technical experiencemandatory**

Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery...)
SQL, Tableau CRM (Salesforce), Tableau software.
Modelling technique (BPMN, UML...).
Scrum (User Stories)**preferable**Salesforce Data model
Good understanding of IT world (data models, API's, webservices...)**Business experiencemandatory**Business Reporting in a Finance environment (Accounting, Billing, payment transaction).**preferable**Already worked in organisations where documentation is a mandatory.
