The Role

For our office in Antwerp, Belgium, we are looking for a learning tools specialist to govern and improve the Sales and Service knowledge sharing tools.

The learning tool specialist being the knowledge sharing tools owner for the KION Mobile Automation (KMA) department. Will integrated required tools and functionalities in the KMA software landscape. The learning tools specialist facilitates tool improvements to insure provision of knowledge content. The learning tool specialist plays a crucial role in collecting and providing (internal and external) feedback for tools and processes for optimized change management. Core responsibilities are functionality, quality assurance and change management with regards to the KMA Training & Documentation (T&D) software landscape. This pivotal role requires close collaboration and a high-level of communication with a complex stakeholder network.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Formulates a workable tools roadmap for documentation and training in alignment with (KMA) department strategy / vision (internal) and with the Operating Units / OU requirements (external)
- Drive selection of tools for content creation, management, and provision
- Collaborate with IT to:

- Insure functional maintenance of the different tools in use
- Regular reporting for optimized change management and achievements / next steps
- Interface between stakeholders (information needs) and department (information availability)
- Enforce use of style guide within tools for consistency and preservation of KION branding

**Requirements for success**
- Knowledge of system design, development and user support principles and practices.
- Experience with database management and with Information system troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Experience in providing user analysis
- Outstanding ability to liaise with a diversity of people to build a strong communication network across our Brands and KMA departments
- Experience in a data management, communications (or similar) role
- Strong attention to quality, detail and change management
