Dr2 Consultants operates in the heart of Brussels and supports its wide variety of clients, both private and public organizations, with strategic advice in EU Public Affairs. Our firm specializes in transport & energy, digital & tech and sustainability topics at EU level, all of which are high on the EU agenda. Dr2 Consultants is looking to hire a talented **Dutch-speaking** junior consultant with an outspoken interest and expertise in our focus areas to support our international team.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Update our clients regularly on relevant EU policy and legislative developments;
- Execute creative Public Affairs and lobbying strategies to achieve our clients’ objectives;
- Advise clients on policy developments across (one of) our three focus areas: transport & mobility, sustainability and digital;
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders across the EU institutions;
- Supporting in building clients’ influence in the European Institutions, across governments and other relevant stakeholders.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A proven track record of 1-2 years of experience in EU Public Affairs in Brussels;
- The ability to work with a diverse client portfolio, cope with multiple priorities and coordinate the activities with your colleagues;
- University level education (Master’s degree), preferably in an area related to European studies, economics or law;
- Previous consultancy experience is an asset;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Business acumen;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of additional European language(s) - particularly French and German - would be a strong asset;
- Strong computer skills (in particular Microsoft Office, social media).
