**What You’ll Do**:
As an Investment Manager, you play a key role in the performance of Restore. You are responsible for managing the entire acquisition process and deploying the LP’s equity through sound business plans.

Actively source new project opportunities through networking, brokers, architects, online research, and direct outreach.

Analyze leads, assess the feasibility of the transaction (legal, financial, commercial), and underwrite preliminary business plans with risk assessments.

Lead the investment proposals to Restore’s Investment Committee for approval.

Lead due diligence processes, including legal, tax, and environmental risk assessments together with internal Revive experts to evaluate project risks and ensure smooth acquisitions.

Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure deals.

Manage the project pipeline, from due diligence to investment proposals, and oversee communication with external advisors.

**Requirements**:
Deep market knowledge and strong network in the targeted market

Deal maker with proven track record and excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong background in financial and market analysis, with an understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions.

Experience with risk management, feasibility studies, and business plan development.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments.

You’ll play a key role in allocating the €75 million equity within the next two years. That’s not just a number—it’s a mission. You’ll be at the forefront of sourcing and securing projects that shape sustainable, future-proof communities with real impact.

Remuneration

You’ll have noticed. The role at hand comes with a big responsibility. And with it comes an attractive financial package. In addition to an attractive base salary, you will have a direct interest in the performance of the Fund.
