**Position Overview**
The 3D Systems site in Leuven, Belgium, is expanding rapidly and needs an experienced Project Manager as
systems, creating new ways of work, and operating with immature business processes. This role will
customer needs using a structured project management approach, define and deliver projects on time and
within budget.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Technical project management throughout life of project, including regular reporting to leadership
- and stakeholders- Ensure on time execution of the project, within scope and budget
- Participate in customer project meetings and assist in translating and understanding part, project,
- and validation/certification requirements- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
- feasibility- Provide regular and robust updates to external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage product realization and project management processes to deliver innovation quickly and
- with excellent quality- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Use appropriate verification techniques and platforms to manage project scope, schedule, and cost
- changes- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain the comprehensive project and program documentation

**Performance Objectives**

The following performance objectives will determine job success for this position:

- Ensure that strategic multi-site project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Participate in and lead customer project meetings and assist in efforts to translate and
understand part, project, and validation/certification requirements.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring

technical feasibility.
- Provide regular and robust updates to external teams working closely with business
development and project team.
- Manage product realization and project management processes to deliver innovation quickly
and with excellent quality.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress and report to leadership and
clients.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Use appropriate verification techniques and platforms to manage changes in project scope,

schedule and costs
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects:

- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project and program documentation

**Profile**:

- Master's degree- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Smartsheet and PowerBI experience is a plus
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing is a plus
- Experience in a highly regulated environment such as aerospace (AS9100) or medical device (ISO
- 13485) is a plus- A solid commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
