Strategic Product Manager Access

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Strategic Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of a product or portfolio of products. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can anticipate market shifts, define long-term priorities, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure product success.

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You strategize and drive the roadmap for a product portfolio, balancing business goals with customer needs.
- You explore new business opportunities by analysing market dynamics and emerging technologies.
- You translate market insights into actionable product concepts and validate them with stakeholders.
- You establish innovative approaches, including new business models, to strengthen competitiveness.
- You give strategic direction to the Access portfolio, as a trusted advisor internally and externally.
- You inspire teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer support to deliver results, even without direct reporting lines.
- You share best practices and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Background & Experience:

- You have proven success in product management in a high technology focused company, or a related strategic role.
- You have successful track record of bringing innovative products or services to market.
- You are credible in your field, either through experience with customers, partners, or industry peers.
- You have a master’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
