**Job description**

In this role, you will provide comprehensive project management support for complex single-site projects and multi-site strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define project requirements and objectives, oversee project planning activities, and ensure successful project implementation and goal achievement. Your contribution will play a crucial role in driving consistency, efficiency, and successful execution of projects across the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Provide project management support for complex single-site projects and multi-site strategic initiatives.
- Oversee project planning activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Promote consistency across initiatives through the implementation of standardized methodologies, tools, and communication platforms.
- Conduct lesson-learned discussions and share best practices to improve project outcomes.
- Identify risks and issues affecting program progress and success; facilitate solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise updates on project status and milestones.
- Utilize excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address any project-related challenges.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life or Physical Sciences (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Physics), or a related field.
- Previous working experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail.
