**What you will do**

As the Automation Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting the Commercial Data Automation & AI Strategy Manager by executing routine operational tasks and driving automation initiatives. You’ll have a chance to gain hands-on experience in sales process automation, data-driven outreach, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual looking to jump-start their career in automation, data strategy, and AI.
- **Support Operational Tasks**: Handle routine operational tasks such as tracking and reporting on sales activities, conducting Groove audits, and managing user support/training.
- **Implement Automation**: Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across sales processes.
- **Drive Data-Driven Insights**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into outreach strategies for various sales segments (Indy, Group, Chain, DMO, Enterprise).
- **Manage Tools & Systems**: Help maintain and optimize internal tools and systems, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to continuous improvements.
- **Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work alongside Sales, Data Science, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to support automation and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.
