**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing and growing relationships with Tier 2 & 3 customers while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with regional prospects. Your role will involve developing strategies to expand market presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the plastics injection molding industry.
- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry segments, and emerging trends.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting new solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting company capabilities, and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, planning, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting key account performance and future growth strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
