Commercial Administrative Assistant

**What to expect**:

- As a commercial administrative assistant, you will help fuel the engine of our company. On your to-do list:_
- A good start is half the battle therefore you are responsible for the preparation of contracts and debtor management.
- You place orders with our suppliers, follow up on their administration and register them in our Navision software.
- To achieve this, you ensure smooth cooperation with customers. You are in close contact with them: you answer their questions about deliveries and solve any problems.
- You do not put off administrative tasks but ensure they are dealt with correctly and quickly.

**Who are you**:

- You have a bachelor's degree or can convince us of your abilities.
- You have a real gift for languages and speak fluent Dutch, English, and French. Other languages are a bonus
- You are flexible and proactive in finding solutions.
- You are administratively strong and can keep a good overview
- You can work independently and in an organized way but are also a team player.
- You are comfortable with an ERP system & MS Office.
