**Doelstellingen**:

- Zorgdragen voor de correcte uitvoering van de projecten conform het contract.
- Optreden als Key Account Manager voor de leveranciers van zijn categorie en voor onze interne belanghebbenden (Program Managers, Projectleiders, Experts,).
- Leiding geven aan de onderhandelingen en redelijke overeenkomsten bereiken in geval van onvoorziene situaties of claims.
- Waarborgen van het continu verbeterproces via terugkoppeling van ervaringen.
- Kansen creëren en win-winsituaties realiseren.
- Elke CSM beheert categorieën van elektrische apparatuur, zijnde Hoogspanningsapparatuur, Laagspanningsapparatuur of Lineaire Activa (kabels en bovenleidingen).

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de leveranciersrelaties voor zijn categorieën van apparatuur (door middel van regelmatige statusvergaderingen, leveranciers
- en/of fabrieksbezoeken).
- Ondersteuning bieden aan interne belanghebbenden op het gebied van leveranciers gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Contractadministratie en contractwijzigingsbeheer.
- Contractrisicobeheer (risicobeoordeling en implementatie van mitigatiemaatregelen indien nodig).
- Contractprestatiemanagement en beheer van contractclaims.
- Documentatie/Archivering.
- Rapportage.

**Vereisten**:
**Verplicht**:

- Masterdiploma in een technisch-commerciëel vakgebied met oprechte interesse in technische aspecten en projecten of gelijkwaardige kennis opgedaan door ervaring.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Engels, aangezien dit de communicatietaal van het team is (mínimaal B2).
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans of het Nederlands. Goede kennis van de andere taal.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in stakeholdermanagement, contractbeheer, category management, accountmanagement, strategische inkoop, inkoop.
- Ervaring binnen de industrie-/energiesector.
- Je bent een vloeiende en assertieve (niet agressieve) communicator.
- Je neemt graag initiatief en waardeert verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent enthousiast en leergierig.
- Je verdedigt de belangen van het bedrijf en je eigen standpunt.
- Je bent bereid om (enkele keren per jaar) naar de fabrieken van de leveranciers (in Europa) of naar onze werkplekken (stroomstations) te reizen.
