**Your role in our team**

As a **Sales Specialist** within the Cisco department, you will play a crucial role in **supporting our sales team and customers in the world of Cisco technology and networking solutions.** You combine your passion for technology with a commercial drive and strong administrative skills to enhance customer relationships and contribute to the growing success of Ingram Micro.

**The position in a nutshell**

In this role, you will:

- ** Provide commercial support**: act as the first point of contact for customers and account managers regarding Cisco products and solutions. Offer administrative and commercial support, process orders, and help customers find the right Cisco solutions.
- ** Take ownership and initiative**: after a thorough onboarding, work independently and take proactive steps to optimize processes and procedures.
- ** Build strong relationships**: develop long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent service, leading to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- ** Stay informed**: keep up to date with the latest Cisco product trends and IT market developments to always offer the best solutions to customers.
- ** Collaborate with your team**: work closely with colleagues to contribute to a positive team spirit and successful teamwork.
