Onze klant in regio Zaventem is de Belgische sleutelspeler gespecialiseerd in de circulaire economie van verpakkingsafval. Door hun maatschappelijke meerwaarde hebben zij een groot aantal klanten die aangesloten zijn bij hun diensten. Om structuur, coherentie en daadkracht te geven aan hun IT departement is men op zoek naar een interne Business Analyst.Onze klant in regio Zaventem is de Belgische sleutelspeler gespecialiseerd in de circulaire economie van verpakkingsafval. Door hun maatschappelijke meerwaarde hebben zij een groot aantal klanten die aangesloten zijn bij hun diensten. Om structuur, coherentie en daadkracht te geven aan hun IT departement is men op zoek naar een interne Business Analyst.
- Als Business Analyst zal u de business helpen hun noden te bepalen en deze vertalen naar IT;
- Naast de analyses die u maakt zal u ook eigen projecten managen. U bent namelijk de gesprekpartner van verschillende externe IT partijen en volgt de verschillende projecten op de voet op. M.a.w. u neemt deels een rol op als Project Manager naast het uitvoeren van business analyses;
- U zal relaties met externe partners onderhouden maar u zal ook nieuwe relaties opbouwen;
- Als business Analyst krijgt u dus een hele waaier aan verantwoordelijkheden. Dit zal gaan van het uitvoeren van testen, gebruikers ondersteunen, analyses maken, projecten leiden etc.
- U heeft een IT diploma (of heeft dit gelijkgesteld door uw ervaring) en u heeft meerdere jaren ervaring met het opstellen van analyses;
- Door uw sterke communicatieve en mensgerichte vaardigheden bent u in staat om de business noden te capteren en deze te vervullen;
- U kan uw analyses duidelijk documenteren;
- U heeft reeds een eerste ervaring met het opvolgen van projecten;
- U bent proactief, stressbestendig en neemt initiatief;
- U ziet een uitdaging voor u weggelegd in een organisatie met een maatschappelijke meerwaarde;
- U heeft kennis of ervaring van de agile methodologie;
- U werkt gestructureerd, systematisch en houdt van een no-nonsense cultuur;
- U kan op professioneel niveau communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
