Met onze expertise en ons persoonlijk gespecialiseerd advies loodsen we onze klanten (architecten, studiebureaus en projectontwikkelaars) door het complexe gebeuren van de bouwverzekeringen. Zo willen we vertrouwen creëren en ook een langetermijnsrelatie uitbouwen.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een **JUNIOR ACCOUNTMANAGER **die aan het begin van zijn of haar professionele loopbaan staat en in een aangename en dynamische werkomgeving met doorgroeimogelijkheden nieuwe vaardigheden wil aanleren en ontwikkelen.
**Functie**
Je zal instaan voor de volgende taken:
- Samen met een senior accountmanager of een key accountmanager ben je het aanspreekpunt van onze klanten.
- Vanuit een rol als consultant analyseer je de aanvraag en noden van de klant, verzamel je de nodige informatie voor de offerteaanvragen en vergelijk je offertes om de klant gepast te adviseren.
- Voor schadegevallen of juridische adviezen overleg je met onze interne juristen.
- Je zorgt er ook voor dat de klantendossiers administratief op punt staan (polissen, attesten, enz.).
**Profiel**
- Je bent een young potential die net of recent is afgestudeerd aan een universiteit (rechten of een economische richting) of hogeschool (richting financiën en verzekeringen).
- Je bent leergierig, precies en wil het verschil maken in jouw job.
- Je hebt de soft skills die nodig zijn om een vertrouwensrelatie te creëren met klanten en andere stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
