**About the Role**:
**Account Receivable Specialist**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen our internal finance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our FP&A Manager, gaining valuable support and guidance. You will work for one of the entities overseen by our internal finance team: Orange Business Digital Belgium, Enovalife Entities (BE, FR), and Orange Business Digital Luxembourg S.A. Your role will be key in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business operations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare monthly client invoices, ensuring proper justification (Timesheets, Purchase order numbers, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and manage the sales ledger
- Liaise with the sales team and/or customers
- Work with our credit controller to resolve aging receivables issues
- Prepare reports for the sales team

**Who You Are**:

- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle problematic clients
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Responsibility and initiative to deliver high-quality work following established procedures
- Fluent in French or Dutch, and English (required)
- Friendly, outgoing team player
