That's why we are excited to grow our team with a Sales & Administration Assistant. Someone who wants to dive into our business and is willing to take on our order process together with some other administrative tasks.

**About the job**

As our Sales and Administration Assistant, you primarily handle order administration.
- You process orders from our customers/resellers, send purchase orders to suppliers, and handle invoicing
- You serve as a backup for accounting and HR administration
- You maintain and update our customer database, perform accuracy checks, and supplement account & contact information where necessary
**About you**
- Bachelor in Office Management or similar (notions of accounting are considered a plus)
- Experience with or an eagerness to learn CRM tools (specifically Salesforce) and accounting is a must
- You are punctual, well-structured and can set the right priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You like to go the extra mile to resolve a customer's question
- You have a friendly but resolute communication style. Questions or remarks? Just shoot
- You are fluent in English and Dutch/French as this is an international role (Additional languages? Even better)
- You are triggered by our products and are interested to grow your technical learning skills. Off course, we will provide in-house training to have you covered
