**Your responsibilities
- You coordinate the development and implementation of solutions based on reinforcement learning with your customers and assist them in drawing added value from their data.
- You lead a team of talented data scientists.

The area consists of five practices: Data Governance and Data Management, Data Visualization, Data Science and AI, Data Engineering and Data Migrations, and Spatial Intelligence. Each with a distinct focus on content and the right solution. Over 170 professionals work in a content practice that is a logical fit for them.

**This is you**:
You are fully convinced that data science isn’t a hype, but you also believe that, in order to be valuable and really make a company smarter, it must be done right. Your goal is therefore to create the most impactful solution possible in the quickest and easiest way possible so that real value can be extracted from data and artificial intelligence.

Your technical background:

- a master's degree (or equivalent through experience) in a field that is highly data-driven
- experience with modern reinforcement learning techniques, such as: probabilistic models and Markov decision processes, Monte Carlo and bootstrapping methods, dynamic programming, Q-learning methods, policy gradient reinforcement learning methods
- an advanced level in one of the following languages: Python, R, Matlab, Spark, Scala, Java or C++
- work with big data and knowledge of Keras and/or Tensorflow
- experience in building and implementing solutions for reinforcement learning backed up with some reference cases
