We're on a mission to become the world's most requested PPE and Safety Wear Brand. JOB SUMMARY: As the Internal Sales Manager for Portwest, you will bring your commercial experience to sell Portwest products to distributors across BeNeLux. You will develop existing distribution channels in this fast-paced internal sales position. You should be able to work independently but also collaborate with the sales team to continue to build upon the company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and resellers.
- Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and professional proposals.
- Promote new products and distributor campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Carry out competitor research and gather market intelligence from events and industry activity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support customers and maintain long-term loyalty. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a sales role.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Customer-focused with good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised, able to multitask, and work effectively to deadlines.
