Kom jij het team van Mitsubishi Chemical Advances Materials versterken? **Yes, you MCAM** **AEP Product Line Manager EMEA** As Product Line Manager you will enable profitable growth and share of the AEP products in the EMEA region in cooperation with commercial and operational teams. The position holder leads the portfolio management including the positioning and development of AEP products. In coordination with the AEP global strategy, you will lead the AEP product line, with a specific focus on development of the business strategy and key objectives (big moves) to improve margins, portfolio, global capacity balance etc.. This includes critical initiatives to accelerate performance and increase market share including the support of related R&D and Capex projects. **Your main responsibilities will be**: - Strategy: devise regional Product Line Strategy & 5 year plan in alignment with the global PL strategy: sales development & growth plans, P&L/CM2, key Capex & technology projects, current and future technology developments, raw material strategy, M&A plans. - Growth: Lead specific growth initiatives related to AEP with the commercial teams. - Profitability: improve regional product line results (COI/CM2) and conversion cost. - Portfolio: lead product portfolio management and positioning within product line: establish value propositions, set price and margin management guidelines. - Portfolio, Growth, Innovation: manage lifecycle of products as well as lead and drive new product introductions (translate from customer needs to R&D to marketing / sales and manufacturing in the regions). - Big Moves and Innovation: lead key technology, efficiency improvement programs in the region - Profitability and Big Moves: lead and coordinate regional capacity utilization and capacity extension plans across regions as well as optimization efforts. - Lead key product line initiatives: big technology & Capex moves, cost & efficiency programs, innovation, global harmonization, recycling & sustainability initiatives. - Lead strategic raw material relationships for respective business line with goal to grow and develop business (establish and lead market and business development plans with strategic raw material suppliers). - Confident and highly effective influencer with a hands-on, pragmatic way of working - Strong ability to balance multiple important projects simultaneously and lead them to successful outcomes in a timely manner - Strategic thinker with experience in defining, implementing and managing product portfolio and management strategies in a global company - Good understanding of engineering plastics and the key markets where they are used - Strong change management experience and skilled at supporting and guiding teams through change transformation - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization while being able to influence teams and individuals not reporting to the PLM - Proven background in sales (ideally global or across multiple countries) is desirable but not required Our corporate culture is based on the values of integrity, respect, bravery, collaboration, and persistence, we call it "Our Way".
