**Warehouse Manager (6-months contract)**:
Job purpose:
As **Warehouse Manager**, you play a critical leadership role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished goods across the entire supply chain. You lead operations with a strong focus on performance management, continuous improvement, and frontline engagement to deliver excellence in safety, quality, service, and cost.

This is a temporary assignment until 31 December 2025.

In this role...
- ** You lead and inspire** a team of warehouse professionals to deliver operational excellence. You foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous development through regular presence on the shop floor.
- ** You supervise day-to-day operations** (scheduling, execution, and troubleshooting) by maintaining a strong and visible presence in the operational areas, ensuring effective communication and team alignment.
- ** You monitor and manage performance indicators** (KPIs), proactively identifying gaps and implementing actions to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
- ** You ensure that your teams are trained, equipped and engaged** to perform safely and efficiently, and that the organization is fit-for-purpose to meet current and future demand.
- ** You own warehouse and distribution operations** including internal flows, inventory management and outbound shipments — in alignment with quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
- ** You ensure the facility is operated to the highest standards**, with particular attention to GMP, safety and regulatory compliance. You partner with QA and other support functions to ensure readiness and take swift corrective actions where needed.
- ** You actively lead or support continuous improvement initiatives**, promoting lean principles and fostering a mindset of operational excellence and ownership within your team.

- Basic Qualifications:_
- University degree / Bachelor with significant work experience
- Advanced knowledge in biopharmaceuticals technologies.
- Experience in people management, in a production environment
- Very good knowledge of GMP for biological products.
- Able to make decisions
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to handle conflict
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- Ability to drive change
- Flexible, and easily adapt to new/unexpected situations
- Advanced knowledge in supply chain management
