Editorial Coordinator

About ICF Next: ICF Next is a leading integrated communication agency in Europe, specializing in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate on resource planning for a team of 6 plus freelancers.- Support the Head of Content team with budget setup.- Manage a portfolio of editorial projects, producing content across a wide range of formats (web, print, data visualization, and AV).- Work with external journalists and experts to create clear and impactful content. This includes commissioning work, providing briefs, and ensuring quality control.- Ensure all content meets high-quality standards by following guidelines and intervening throughout the production process (including compliance with style guides and final proofreading).- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to effectively coordinate client content production.- Supervise junior team members and maintain quality assurance.- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., copyright and data protection) for all editorial projects.- Stay up-to-date with content trends to generate fresh ideas that resonate with the audience.- Occasionally write and edit top-notch content in English for various platforms, including audiovisual scripts, print publications, websites, and social media.

**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English with excellent editing, writing, and proofreading abilities.- Proven work experience as a Content Manager, with at least 5 years of similar roles.- Familiarity with SEO principles and web traffic metrics.- Understanding of social media platforms and trends.- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and a good sense of what makes engaging, impactful content (how to find and tell a good story).- Good organisational and time-management skills.- Able to plan own work, respect deadlines and juggle multiple assignments.- Understanding of EU policies and EU decision-making processes is a plus.
