Our client, a renowned medical device manufacturer, seeks a Head of QA for their Production site. **Role Responsibilities**:
- Implement quality assurance strategies aligned with the company's mission of utilizing advanced, automated production technology.
- Ensure compliance with ISO-13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards, contributing to the organization's excellence in healthcare production.
- Guide and develop a top-performing team on quality requirements and GMP rules, enhancing departmental growth and effectiveness through improved teamwork.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Science or Engineering
- Multiple years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) within a production environment of the medical device, pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Several years of direct people management experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a big plus.
- Fluent level of Dutch and English is required
