**E-boutique Coordinator**:
**d-Side is looking for a E-Commerce Coordinator for a prestigious car brand e-Boutique. This is an opportunity to actively participate in the merchandise strategy & development of a notorious luxury brand.**:
**Mission description**:
**Day to day Operation**

Operations follow up with client & suppliers including:

- new collections
- production and reproduction (including forecast),
- samples,
- accessories development & further expansion,
- bespoke market demands
- stock management,
- parts number creation or to end,
- monthly reports,

Monitor & update client on ongoing productions & ETDs
- Manage weekly client meetings with a structured agenda
- Keep Action list up to date

**Marketing Operation**

Actively participate in:

- Brand research for new products / collections to introduce in line with business needs, creativity & out of the box thinking
- Marketing strategy: market study, pricing strategy, product sheet creation, images selection, newsletters, website updates, survey,
- Exhibit: According to yearly sales, propose a selection of items & collection to sell during the event, prepare loading list, assist with set up & dismantling (and onsite if required)

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Communication or Business management
- Minimum 18 months of experience
- Bilingual in FR/EN (knowledge in NL is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting Tools
- Affinity with e-commerce
- Ability to absorb a lot of information to get quickly comfortable with workload
- Analytical thinking, excellent organizing skills and details oriented are a must
- Pro-active and eager to learn
- Good and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with luxurious & quality brands
