**Junior Internal Sales Assistant**
- GSMS is currently looking for a Junior Internal Sales Assistant.

**What’s in the job**
- As a junior sales and marketing assistant, your role will involve supporting the sales and marketing team in various activities. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you may be involved in:

- **Lead Generation**: Assist in generating leads through research, prospecting, and data collection. This may include identifying potential customers, updating the CRM system, and maintaining a database of leads.

- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales materials, and responding to customer inquiries. Help coordinate meetings and follow-up with clients as needed.

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to gather information about competitors, industry trends, customer preferences, and target markets. Compile data and assist in analyzing findings to support decision-making.
- **
Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and website copy. Ensure content is accurate, well-written, and aligned with the brand's messaging.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing and sales data, including website analytics, campaign performance, and lead conversion rates. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the team.
- ** Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Help manage the CRM system by updating customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports. Ensure data accuracy and support the team in leveraging the CRM for sales and marketing efforts.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Help maintain organized records and assist in other ad hoc tasks as required.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate efforts, share information, and contribute to overall team goals. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development or customer support, as needed.
- ** Learning and Growth**: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and marketing strategies. Seek opportunities for professional development and actively participate in training programs or workshops.
