For The business Unit Marketing & Sales, located in Brussels we are currently looking for **A Functional Analyst**
**YOUR CHALLENGE as Functional Analyst**:
- Within our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers, ), you act as **the ‘bridge’** between the business-profiles and technical-profiles.
- As **functional** **point of contact** you **analyze and translate requirements and processes** into specifications. You **propose end-to-end solutions as a team**, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient.
- Via an iterative/ adaptable approach you challenge the requirements and specifications, and via **MVP way of working** you ensure rapid time to market and immediate value-creation.
- You **monitor & analyze incidents and defects** and identify the necessary actions to resolve them, you execute tests in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.
**YOUR PROFILE as Functional Analyst**:
- master or equal through experience.
- You have strong **analytical capabilities** and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
- You are a good listener, you think and act with **a customer-centric mindset.**:
- You like to facilitate meetings and feel confident to deliver presentations in a group.
- You like to work against deadlines (sprints) and have an agile mindset.
- You’re fluent in English. You speak Dutch and/or French.
