Robert Half is currently seeking a Data Entry Assistant (M/F/x) in the region of Bruges.

The responsibilities of this role as Data Entry are:
- Processing payments and maintaining transaction records to ensure accurate registration and internal compliance;
- Supervising cash allocations, direct debits, and incoming payments, while maintaining a clear overview of outstanding balances;
- Collaborating closely with international internal departments to resolve inquiries and support business needs;
- Managing contracts and invoices, identifying discrepancies and ensuring complete and compliant documentation;
- Contributing to monthly closings and project deadlines by keeping financial data up to date and accurately reporting;
- Performing monthly reconciliations and detailed reports, while providing support to internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensuring audit-ready documentation and supporting internal controls;
- Supporting audits by gathering and organizing necessary financial files and supporting documentation;
- Reporting on performance and financial data in regular meetings, offering insightful and actionable analyses;
- Following up on overdue accounts and managing collection activities to maintain a healthy cash flow. The required qualifications for this position of Data Entry are:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience;
- Experience with SAP is an asset;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Fluent in English and German (Dutch is not required);
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines;
- Open to change, digitally oriented, and focused on continuous improvement;
- A flexible team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Our offer:
