**What will you be doing?**:
Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program/project delivery for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Act as the central liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Define scope, objectives, KPIs, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage risks, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment between strategic business goals and technology execution
- Facilitate workshops, executive steering committees, and status reporting
- Identify and resolve blockers to ensure delivery success

**What do you bring to the table?**:

- 5-8 years of experience in project/program management in consulting or large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital or business transformation programs
- Strong understanding of both business processes and IT landscapes.
- Strong communication skills in NL/EN and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
