**Functieomschrijving**: Hoe ziet jouw job eruit eruit? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige behandeling van aangiftes arbeidsongeschiktheid en de administratieve opvolging van de dossiers. - Je hebt dagelijks contact met diverse stakeholders, waaronder verzekerden, makelaars en werkgevers. - Op termijn leer je medische risico's inschatten door middel van een uitgebreide opleiding "on the job". - Je communiceert klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en diplomatisch met mensen die werkonbekwaam zijn. - Je verzorgt een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde administratieve opvolging van gevoelige informatie. - Je denkt mee over bestaande procedures en optimaliseert deze waar mogelijk. - In de tweede fase van de functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbetalingen. - Je werkt samen met collega's en staat open voor vragen en feedback. **Profiel**: Zo pas jij perfect in ons team - Je beschikt over tenminste 5 jaar ervaring in dossierbeheer of administratie op een medische afdeling. - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en een goede basis Frans.
