**Function**:
Are you sociable, communicative, and fascinated by recruitment? At TML, you will have the opportunity to be part of our HR team and experience the entire recruitment process up close. From job description to first day at work, you will help bring the right people on board and further expand our teams. We focus on soft HR, with an emphasis on recruitment.
- Your tasks:_

- Writing and publishing job descriptions on our job channels.
- Screening resumes and helping to prepare or conduct initial interviews.
- Helping with employer branding via social media and job events.
- Collaborating on projects within the recruitment team.

- You are studying HR, Office Management, Communication or Psychology.
- You have strong communication skills and write fluently.
- You work in a structured, accurate and independent manner.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus. You are available for a long-term internship.
