En tant qu?Analyste Solution au sein de l?équipe Data Acquisition, vous interviendrez principalement sur le système MDM (EnergyIP) et serez en charge des missions suivantes:
**Conduire l?analyse des besoins métiers**: animation d?ateliers, facilitation des discussions et recherche de consensus pour identifier les solutions adaptées.
Proposer des solutions alignées avec l?architecture IT, en tenant compte de la chaîne applicative et technologique de bout en bout, puis les valider avec les équipes métiers.
Valider les livrables fournis par les partenaires, de la phase de recueil des besoins jusqu?à la mise en production.
Participer à la documentation des tests et accompagner leur exécution, en particulier lors des tests d?acceptation utilisateur (UAT).
Analyser et documenter les anomalies identifiées, assurer leur suivi jusqu?à leur résolution dans le cadre des tests fonctionnels et des tests d?acceptation métier.
Contribuer à la documentation système et à la mise à jour des supports métiers (processus, guides utilisateurs).
Accompagner la conduite du changement en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes métiers et en favorisant l?appropriation des nouvelles solutions.
Assurer un rôle de support de second niveau dans la résolution des incidents et problèmes.
Compétences & Expérience attenduesExpérience confirmée dans le secteur de l?énergie, idéalement sur EnergyIP (5 ans).
Bonne connaissance du modélisation UML/BPMN.
**Maîtrise de SQL**: capable de lire et interpréter des structures de base de données.
Pratique avérée de JIRA.
Anglais courant.
Maîtrise parfaite du français ou du néerlandais, avec une excellente compréhension de l?autre langue.
