**Temporary Compliance Coordinator**

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator for a temporary, part-time assignment
from September 2025 to approximately

March 2026. In this key role, you will ensure continuity in our compliance operations with discretion to meet regulatory obligations and foster a culture integrity and accountability.

Based at our head office in Ghent, you will take ownership of our daily compliance activities, support internal teams and ensure our organization stays ahead of evolving legal requirements.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
- You perform daily and periodic compliance activities, including:

- Monitoring and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and internal compliance audits
- Supporting incident and breach reporting processes
- Preparing internal compliance reports and documentation
- Coordinating internal training and awareness initiatives
- You ensure ongoing GDPR compliance and support data protection activities.
- You support the organization’s readiness and compliance with NIS2 obligations.
- You monitor regulatory developments and advise relevant departments.
- You handle internal compliance queries and support cross-functional collaboration to uphold compliance standards.
- You bring relevant experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or data protection roles.
- You have a solid understanding of compliance frameworks, GDPR, NIS2 is a plus.
- Holding a DPO certification? That’s a strong asset and a clear advantage.
- You thrive working independently, and you know how to manage your responsibilities effectively — even within a part-time role.
- You are a natural communicator and coordinator, able to connect with different teams and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You work in a discreet, reliable, and structured way — qualities that make you a trusted partner in compliance matters.
