**De functie inhoud**:

- Als** **Technical Supervisor** **sta je in voor de **dagelijkse leiding en opvolging van de technische dienst**.
- Sta in voor de contacten tussen technische diensten, operations en terminal management.
- Voor je eigen afdeling ben jij de **budgetverantwoordelijke **en werk je nauw samen met machinebouwers en leveranciers.
- Veiligheids
- en milieureglementering zijn prioriteit voor jou.
- Naast de KPI's, volg je ook het functioneren en welzijn van je **team** op.
- De werkvergaderingen met de technische dienst leidt jij in goede banen.

**Het profiel**:
Welke kwaliteiten heeft een **Technical Supervisor**?
- PLC-sturingen, mechanica, hydraulica, lastechnieken en elektriciteit kennen voor jou geen geheimen.
- **Bachelor **diploma op zak.
- Spreek jij Engels en/of Frans? Dat is een leuke extra troef
- MS Office kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Last but not least: Jij bent een** échte coach** voor je team.
