**Mission**
- As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes. You will ensure the acquisition of goods and services aligns with Unifiedpost's strategic objectives, delivering value and efficiency across the organization._

**Responsibilities**

- _**Vendor Management**_: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards._
- _**Procurement Processes**_: Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management._
- _**Cost Optimization**_: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without compromising quality._
- _**Cross-Functional Collaboration**_: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align strategies accordingly._
- _**Risk Management**:_ _Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor selection and procurement activities._
- _**Reporting**_: Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics, vendor performance, and cost analyses to senior management._

**We would be happy to see**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
